Rakesh Mohan Jha is currently Chief Scientist and Head at the Centre for Electromagnetics at the CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore. He obtained his PhD in Engineering from the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in 1989 in the area of computational electromagnetics for aerospace applications. Dr Jha was a SERC (UK) Visiting Post-Doctoral Research Fellow for one year at the University of Oxford's Department of Engineering Science in
