Jiangguo Li, an Assistant Professor at the School of Cyberspace Science and Technology at Beijing Institute of Technology, has been deeply involved in academic research and engineering practice in the fields of terahertz and millimeter-wave communication. He obtained his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2022. As the first author or corresponding author, he has published 11 SCI papers in international journals such as IEEE IoT, IEEE TVT, IEEE TWC, and IEEE WCL, and has been granted 2 Chinese invention patents. Jianxiong Pan, a Doctoral student at the School of Electronic and Information at Beijing Institute of Technology, received the B.S. degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, China, in 2019. He conducts research in the fields of physical layer communications, integrated sensing and communications, deep learning, and non-orthogonal signal processing. He has published 10 SCI papers (with 1 being highly cited by ESI), received the Best Paper Award at an international conference. Yujie Lin, a Laboratory Instructor at the School of Information and Electronics at Beijing Institute of Technology, holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering. She conducts research in the field of satellite communication. Neng Ye, an Assistant Professor at the School of Cyberspace Science and Technology at Beijing Institute of Technology, holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering. He conducts research in the fields of aerospace multi-user communication and signal processing. He has published over 30 SCI papers (with 3 being highly cited by ESI), received the Best Paper Award at an international conference, and his papers have been cited over a thousand times according to Google Scholar. As the first author, he has published 2 monographs with Springer Nature. Kai Yang, a Professor at the School of Electronic and Information at Beijing Institute of Technology, received the B.E. degree in communications engineering from the National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 2005 and the Ph.D. degree in communications engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2010. From January 2010 to July 2010, he was with the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong. From 2010 to 2013, he was with Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell, Shanghai, China. In 2013, he joined the Laboratoire de Recherche en Informatique, University Paris Sud 11, Orsay, France. His current research interests include convex optimization, massive MIMO, mmWave systems, resource allocation, and interference mitigation.
